HOUSE RULES

We try to make every guest who stays with us feel nice and carefree. In order to avoid possible inconveniences, we kindly ask you to take a few minutes and familiarize yourself with the house rules.
By confirming the reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with the house rules and will follow them.


ARRIVAL OF GUESTS

– Arrival is after 3:00 p.m. An earlier arrival is possible by agreement if the apartment is free in the morning.
-You will receive the key upon check-in. Please lock the house and keep the keys safe and with you at all times. When checking out or on the day of departure, hand them over to the host or according to the agreement, drop it in the mailbox. Any loss of keys will be charged to the guest at €15.00/key.

DEPARTURE OF GUESTS

- Departure by 9:30 a.m., unless otherwise agreed with the owner. – For shorter stays than were originally agreed with the reservation, the daily prices are calculated according to the valid price list. – Upon departure, the guest checks with the owner whether the accommodation, equipment and accessories correspond to the inventory taken over. - The guest is obliged to adequately compensate for the damage caused during his stay to the furniture, floor, windows, doors, equipment or to the building itself and its surroundings (e.g. garden, corridor...) or reimburse in a monetary amount before his departure. – Services related to the guest's stay and compensation for the resulting damage are paid by the guest to the owner. - In case of early departure, you must announce your departure at least one day before departure by 10:00 a.m. Otherwise, one more day of stay will be charged according to the price list. – When leaving, check all rooms in case of forgotten things. - Do not leave any food, garbage or waste in the apartments, the refrigerator should be switched off. Dishes should be washed, dried and put away in cupboards.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Every change, cancellation and request for a refund of the accommodation payment must be submitted in writing via e-mail.

Cancellation periods:

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if canceled within 7 days prior to arrival.
In case of early departure, the remaining days of the reservation are paid in full.
For some cases of cancellation of the reservation, different conditions apply to the reimbursement of the advance payment (e.g. illness, force majeure, etc.).


GENERAL

- During your absence, the door of the apartment should be locked, the windows closed, the lighting and all electrical appliances (TV, stove) switched off and the water turned off.
- Please do not use hot water unnecessarily and do not throw away towels after the first use. – Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. – Pets are not allowed. - Please separate your waste.
- Towels are changed twice a week or by agreement, and bed linen once a week or by agreement. - The landlord does not assume any responsibility for money, jewelry, securities and other items kept by guests in the apartment and cars.
- Free parking is available to guests. The owner assumes no responsibility for the safety of the vehicles, any damage to the vehicles or items stored in the vehicles. - The owner of the building has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guest, under special circumstances, in order to prevent possible damage or danger. - Do not disturb the peace and order with your behavior and respect the stated rules, especially during the night hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m.). Be considerate of your neighbors. - In case of non-observance of the rules of the house, the owner has the right to cancel the guest's further stay in the apartment, without reimbursement of the rental costs.
